About your Coach
I didn’t set out to be a coach. I started out like so many small business owners—full of passion, big ideas, and a deep desire to do meaningful work. But even with all that drive, I kept running into the same wall: I was working hard, but not always working smart.
I wore all the hats. I chased advice that didn’t fit my vision. And I spent way too much time spinning my wheels, trying to figure out what would actually move the needle.
Eventually, I realized:
It wasn’t about doing more.
It was about doing what mattered—strategically.
That shift changed everything for me. And it’s the reason I became a coach.
Today, I help small business owners find clarity, focus, and direction—so they can build businesses that feel aligned, intentional, and sustainable. I believe strategy doesn’t have to be cold or complicated. It can be grounded, personal, and deeply effective.
This work matters to me because I’ve been there.
